My cousin, Iffah turned 5 years old yesterday. Her parents held a surprise birthday for her and her relatives helped out too. She was surprised and happy. I wish to have a surprise birthday too. How fortune of her.

Friends can hold a surprise birthday party. My sister and her friends did this too to their friend.
